Callosum is an Atlanta-based creative collective that applies collaborative methods across media to explore the intersections between art, technology, and the senses.
Callosum takes its name from corpus callosum, a band of neural fibers that connects the right and left hemispheres of the brain.
Callosum uses artistic practice to investigate how imagination and scientific inquiry overlap, producing works that expand our understandings of traditional genres and forms while uniting communities across the creative spectrum.
Members of Callosum have performed, installed, and exhibited work in Atlanta, GA, at Beep Beep Gallery, The Big House on Ponce, Eyedrum Art & Music Gallery, Goat Farm Arts Center, Mammal Gallery, MINT Gallery, and Gallery L1.
